ORDERS

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we ship nationwide with an overnight courier service.  Allow an extra day for rural delivery.We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, you can collect if you wish.  Options are in the checkout area.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in Waihi / Waikino in the Waikato Region.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Most orders can be placed here via our websites online shop. Custom Cookies, Custom Cakecicles, corporate and bulk orders will need to be discussed over email.  I will then be able to provide you with a quote.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE FOR AN ORDER?

Ideally, we would like orders placed 5 business days prior to courier collection.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

No, we do not offer revisions to existing orders.
For example, product type and design.Small revisions like spelling corrections can be accomodated. Please contact me by email for this type of thing. :)
Please take care when placing orders for custom requests. We cannot take responsibility for things such as spelling errors.

CAN I REQUEST PRODUCTS TO BE ADDED TO MY ORDER THAT ARE NOT DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE? IE. DIFFERENT CONFECTIONERY BRANDS

No, we do not offer this option.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

Our products are all handmade to order so we do not offer returns.

If a cancellation request is received more than 72 hours from the date of courier collection or pick up and the product has not yet been produced, we can offer a refund. No refunds will be issued if the products have been produced. Cancellation requests must be placed by email. Please note that we hold a non refundable 20% deposit on all orders. 

DO YOU HAVE AFTERPAY?

Yes we have this option available for standard shopping cart purchases. 

Unfortunately, this payment option is not available for selected purchases.

Corporate and bulk orders.

These products will require quoting and payment arrangements via email only.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I PURCHASE AT ONCE?

We have a max order through the check out of 10 items only. If you would like to order over this 10 product mark or inquire about bulk / corporate orders, please get in contact via email - sweetboxesbysam@gmail.com

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

Products contain gluten, sugar, salt, wheat and dairy / Milk products and eggs.
All products are prepared within the same kitchen so products may contain traces of all listed allergens below.

Peanuts
Tree Nuts
Soy / Soy products
Sesame Seeds

We do not currently offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan products.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE AND VEGAN OPTIONS?

No, we don't have these options available. We hope to add these in the future.

HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

Our products are best when kept out of direct sunlight and stored in a cool dry area. We recommend not storing these in the fridge (especially if you have confectionery inside). 

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?

Smash Boxes:  Two weeks
Cookie Pies and Brownies:  5-7 days
Custom Cookies:  Two weeks.
Cakecicles:  5-7 days

Shelf life applies if products are kept in a cool dry place with no direct sunlight. Ideally, these products should be kept in a sealed container like any other baked items.
